Key Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

✅ Employee onboarding and induction

✅ Attendance, leave, and employee records management

✅ Employee engagement and retention initiatives

✅ Performance management and HR operations

✅ Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters

✅ Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations

✅ Supporting management in workforce planning and HR strategy implementation

 Desired Candidate Profile:

✔️ Graduate/MBA (HR) preferred

✔️ Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently

✔️ Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation
