Job Summary: The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate project progress and address any issues.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction processes to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage materials and equipment on-site, ensuring they are used effectively and safely.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Participate in regular site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Ensure that all work is performed according to legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in the renewable energy or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
