Job Summary: The Supply Chain Manager will oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services necessary for project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project management teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the supply chain process.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Stay current on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
