As a Recruitment Executive; Partner with business and hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of the talent pool for the FMCG B2B Sales Distribution Project.
The ability to recruit B2B FMCG Sales candidates should be as per the checklist(Job Description) of Sales profiles.
Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates/Prospects in buffer through the markets and ongoing existing social networking and Job Portals.
Conduct or arrange in-depth interviews of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate arranged within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Work with the business, to address ground challenges and difficulties to resolve on a timely basis.
Must have experience working in field sourcing, preferably promotional activities, and Recruitment Portal handling experience.
