Food Court Steward

Objective of this position: To generate orders in the food court, assist the customer and monitoring the orders.

Key responsibilities & duties-

 

  1. Build relationships with customers.
  2. Guide customer to order from DroptheQ app.
  3. Assist the customer to place the order.
  4. Monitoring the order till it gets served.
  5. Collect feedback from the customer.
Key skills required
  1. Good communication skills and presentable personality.
  2. Should have knowledge to operate smart phone.
  3. Experience in hospitality.
